Our hosting provider, Pulsant, have confirmed a licensing issue and are working with cPanel to resolve this.

We are aware of a licensing issue affecting all servers. Websites are unaffected but legacy email accounts and cPanel access is affected. We are working with relevant vendors to get this addressed and will post an update ASAP.
