Mail delivery is returning to normal - please re-try sending any messages that have failed. It may take up to two hours for cached blocks to be removed. We will continue to monitor to ensure no further spam is generated.

We remind all clients of the importance of up-to-date antivirus software and security measures in place on their networks and devices, as issues such as this affect large numbers of users.

Blacklists are now reporting the affected server addresses as clear. As such, mail delivery will return to normal very shortly.

We have requested de-listing from all 3 blacklists that are blocking mail. Normal mail delivery will be resumed shortly across the server.

We have identified the source of spam as a compromised client PC. The account has been locked down and we are cleaning the mail que.

Certain clients on the server GROSVENOR are seeing issues with mail delivery, due to the server IP having been blacklisted for spam. We are working to remove the source of spam, and have requested de-listing from spam databases. Normal delivery will be resumed shortly, and updates will be posted here.
